Returns and Refund Policy

Return Initiation: If you have any inquiries regarding returning a product, please reach out to us via email at support@mrcoolonline.ca.

Time Limit: You must make a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

Restocking Fee: When you return an item, a fee equal to 40% of the item’s value will be applied.

Warranties: MR COOL LLC is responsible for equipment warranties. If you require replacement parts, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: If your return request is approved, we will furnish you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior request.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, it is important to inspect the items promptly. If you identify any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy and please inform us as soon as possible. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and take appropriate measures to resolve it.

Exchanges: For a quicker resolution and to acquire the desired item, we recommend returning the product you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Following the receipt and evaluation of your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and display the refund in your account.

Note: Credit card fees and processing charges associated with any purchase are never refundable and will be subtracted from any refund payments.
