Unlike other ceiling cassettes, the MrCool® DIY® Series OuttaSight™ Ceiling Cassette doesn’t have strict installation requirements in less than ideal locations and can be recessed between all types of joists on 16 inch center, including pre-manufactured I-joists. Since it doesn’t require ductwork or wall space, it is perfect for both new construction or retrofits.

The OuttaSight™ works with the MrCool® DIY® Quick Connect® line set, the refrigerant piping can be effortlessly connected with basic hand tools, eliminating the need for a certified technician. Additionally, it comes pre-charged with the correct amount of R-410A refrigerant, eliminating the need for vacuuming post-installation. The No-Vac® Coupler can be used to increase the length of the line set if needed. In addition to the many operational modes and quiet operation, the cassette features swing technology and an Elevation function that lowers the filter panel for easy maintenance of the air filter. All of these features can be controlled with the included remote.
