  • The competitor’s product must be the exact same model, size, and condition as the product sold by MRCOOL ONLINE.
  • The price match applies to new, unopened items only. Open-box, refurbished, or clearance items are excluded.

• Proof of Price:

  • A valid, verifiable advertisement or quote from the competitor must be provided. Online pricing must include any applicable shipping costs and confirm items are available and in stock.

• Competitor Qualifications:

  • Competitor must be an authorized MRCOOL dealer located in Canada.
  • Pricing from auction websites, third-party sellers, or private sales does not qualify.

• Exclusions:

  • Discounts related to loyalty programs, rebates, or coupons are not eligible.
  • Bundle deals, promotional pricing that requires additional purchases, or limited-time offers such as flash sales are excluded.

• Processing Price Matches:

  • Requests must be made and agreed prior to placing order. 

• Additional Disclaimers:

  • We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s pricing and availability.
  • Price matches are subject to stock availability on both the competitor’s and MRCOOL ONLINE’s platforms.
  • Addresses subject to a Delivery Area Surcharge by our shippers will incur additional shipping costs on top of any price match.
  • MRCOOL ONLINE reserves the right to refuse any price match request at its discretion.
